![]() The game continued with not ONE, not TWO, but THREE of her concierge co-workers proceeded to continue the harassment every single time we stepped foot out of our rooms. I told her we were not interested, and she never let up to the point where she filled out the little form, added a time for us to meet her the following day, and then proceeded to try and make me sign it. She was friendly enough but quickly laid into us about “what we do for a living.” The harassment to join her timeshare presentation was relentless. Concierge: This right here is a JOKE and merely a plow to harass you about their timeshare. ![]() He REALLY tried to get us checked in expeditiously as possible. ![]() ![]() Unfortunately, this poor gentleman was working alone and clearly overwhelmed with trying to tend to multiple guests at once. Check-In: We were greeted by Jermaine, who was genuinely polite and welcoming. The bed lamp was dangling by a thread - unsafe. Not to mention, the room and surrounding areas constantly smelled like raw sewage – GROSS! The floors were also filthy, as noted by the dirty bottoms of our socks (see pic). Please note if you choose this room, you’re more prone to critters and bugs joining your stay as there is about a 1-2” gap at the bottom of the door (talk about poor construction). Because we had a “swim-out” room, we were on the first floor. Our “butler,” Michael-Lee, and I use that title very loosely because he did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Not to mention our lounge chairs were covered in cigarette butts (see pic) and seemingly shuffled about the pool with no care or concern for presentation. First off, the view was absolutely dreadful. Room: We splurged and booked a “swim-out” room. Bottom line, there are way too many people with master keys to these rooms. And that was only after my spouse went and searched for our bags only to find them clear on the other side of the resort unattended. Not to mention, it took over 3 hours for our luggage to make its way to our room. I truly felt this individual assumed we had just checked in and were likely NOT in the room and may have taken an opportunity to case the joint. She was toting a clipboard and immediately apologized for entering unannounced but never identified herself or her reason for entering the room. Safety: Like others mentioned previously, there was a mysterious visitor with a key to our room that barged into our room unannounced. Overall, I was NOT pleased with this resort and did not enjoy our stay, and I will NOT return. We stayed ONE night and immediately canceled the rest of our stay and booked flights back home. I’ll admit, I rarely take the time to post reviews, but this time I felt the need to warn travelers about this place.
